Horizons Medical Care & Aesthetics
Horizons Medical Care Aesthetics provides body contouring to help patients target problem areas and achieve their desired shape. We use non-invasive body shaping procedures that provide simultaneous fat elimination and muscle building in a combined 30-minute session; Cellulite treatments help patients feel good about the body they’re in with state-of-the-art cellulite treatment technology. We also provide skin revitalization and innovative laser technology for gynecologic use.

Services
Horizons Medical Care support facilities consists of X-ray, Laboratory, Immunization, and Osteoporosis testing. We provide full physical exams, drug testing, pre-employment, and employment screening. Results of drug tests and pre-employment screenings are usually provided within 48 hours. Our drug testing services includes responsibility of Chain-Of-Custody and Medical Review Officer (MRO) duties. Drug and Alcohol screening can be provided on or off-site for our industrial clients.
Horizons Medical Care Laboratories (HMC Labs) has met all criteria for Laboratory Accreditation by COLA, a national healthcare accreditation organization. Accreditation is given only to laboratories that apply rigid standards of quality in day-to-day operations, demonstrate continued accuracy in the performance of proficiency testing, and pass a rigorous on-site laboratory survey. HMC Labs has earned COLA accreditation as a result of a long-term commitment to provide quality service to its patients. COLA is a nonprofit, physician-directed organization promoting quality and excellence in medicine and patient care through programs of voluntary education, achievement, and accreditation. COLA is approved by the federal government and sponsored by the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Physicians- American Society of Internal Medicine.
