We are currently seeking a full time Medical Assistant.

Job Summary: The Medical Assistant supports healthcare providers by performing both clinical and administrative duties to ensure quality patient care and smooth office operations. This role involves direct patient interaction, assisting with examinations and procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.

Essential functions:
  • Welcome and prepare patients for exams, recording vital signs and medical history.
  • Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed (within scope of practice).
  • Manage patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Manage referrals, Prior Authorizations, and assist with insurance documentation.
  • Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
  • Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Support front office tasks when needed, including answering phones and coordinating patient flow.

Qualifications:

  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.

We are currently seeking a front desk coordinator

Job Summary: The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role ensures a welcoming, professional, and efficient front office experience while supporting the daily operations of the medical office. The Front Desk Coordinator manages patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.

Essential functions:
  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance and collecting co-pays.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the practice’s scheduling system.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and office policies.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining patient records.
  • Coordinate with medical assistants, providers, and office staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • ​Keep the front desk and reception area organized, clean, and welcoming.
