Our staff is fully aware of the patients desire to be treated expeditiously. We have made it a practice to begin treatment within thirty minutes after a patient signs in. Patients are seen by appointment or walk-in. We utilize a sign-in system for all patients. With our proven system, patients are usually seen without a long wait before treatment begins.
Our staff may be contacted for after hour emergencies through our answering service at 256-532-1014 who will contact the doctor on call. The On-Call physician will make follow-up contact and will provide service as necessary. Our physicians have admitting privileges at Huntsville Hospital, and Crestwood Hospital.
Horizons Medical Care support facilities consists of X-ray, Laboratory, Immunization, and Osteoporosis testing. We provide full physical exams, drug and alcohol testing, pre-employment, and employment screening. Results of drug tests and pre-employment screenings are usually provided within 48 hours. Our drug testing services includes responsibility of Chain-Of-Custody and Medical Review Officer (MRO) duties. Drug and Alcohol screening can be provided on or off-site for our industrial clients.
